Aygo Management - Managing Directory - Ilan Eini

Ilan Eini

Managing Director

Ilan serves as the Managing Director at Aygo. In this role he has the overall responsibility for the success of the company as well as managing strategy, finance and HR. Ilan has been working in Omda for the last 11 years starting as a developer and solution architect. In addition to extensive experience in various development project roles he has served as Product Manager for Oncology, Product Director and Development Director.

Ilan is an enthusiast within areas such as software architecture, development processes, distributed teams and knowledge sharing, and has a continued focus on improving all aspects of software development.

His career started as a software developer in Objectware/Itera and continued as a CEO for AdSoft.

Ilan holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in computer science & programming from the University of Oslo.

Andreas Persson

Key Account Manager

Andreas serves as Key Account Manager at Aygo. In this role, Andreas is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with strategic clients, understanding their needs, and aligning them with the offerings from Aygo. Andreas acts as a primary point of contact and manage the account’s overall profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

As a member of the Aygo Management Team, Andreas shares leadership accountability and responsibility for jointly setting and executing Aygo’s strategic priorities. With over 20 years of experience in IT and a focus on e-health, leadership, and digital transformation, Andreas is an expert within his field.

Aygo Management - Sales Director - Rolf-Henry Grønlund

Rolf-Henry Grønlund

Senior Project Manager and Business Development Director

Rolf-Henry Grønlund is a Senior Project Manager at Aygo, specialising in complex e-health projects to both the private and public sectors.

With more than 20 years of global experience in the e-health industry, Rolf-Henry is adept at both commercial and operational leadership.

In addition to his project management role, Rolf-Henry serves as Business Development Director and as a member of the Aygo Management Team he shares leadership accountability and responsibility for jointly setting and executing Aygo’s strategic direction and priorities.

Before joining Aygo, he held leadership roles at Omda (formerly known as CSAM Health Group), Profdoc and Cardio Control. After restructuring Cardio Control’s US-based subsidiary, he moved to South East Asia in 2004. There, he founded a joint venture together with Profdoc, developing e-health solutions for the Asian market, and building a large R&D and delivery organisation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, before selling to CGM.

Rolf-Henry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from BI Norwegian Business School. He also has a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Marketing and Consumer Insight from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Aygo Management - Senior Consultant - Nina Stenberg

Nina Stenberg

Senior Consultant

Nina is a Senior Consultant at Aygo, specialising in complex e-health projects in both private and public sector. She has extensive experience in helping customers improve their change management processes (both business wise, organisational, functional, and technical), profit realisation, project management, product management and architecture.

In addition to her role as a Senior Consultant, she also serves as the Sales Director at Aygo, having the overall responsibility of outbound sales. As a member of the Aygo Management Team, she brings new perspectives in building a great consultancy, contributing with more than 15years of experience within the e-health business and more than 9 years of experience as a Senior Consultant.

Nina holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) in computer science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
